Vice President of Fellowship: The Vice President of Fellowship is the "Communications Officer." He or she is responsible for sending all messages regarding upcoming service opportunities and other events from the chapter to individual members, answering questions from members and potential members regarding various aspects of the organization, and responding to messages chapter advisors receive through e-mail or voicemail. This position requires great organizational skills, for the officer must continually update the contacts list, eliminating the e-mail addresses of members who graduate at the end of each semester and adding the e-mail addresses of new inductees. He or she must also replace an old, unused e-mail address with a new one at a member's request.

Candidates who possess basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook have a distinct advantage, for the position requires one to keep an Microsoft Excel spreadsheet containing the names, e-mail addresses, and other data of Alpha Epsilon Phi members. This information must be transferred over to the contacts list in Microsoft Outlook, from which all e-mail is sent.
